Job Description/ Responsibility:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to
customer’s emails.
- Management and resolve customer
complaints.
- Sell products and place customer orders
in the computer system.
- Identify and escalate issues to
supervisors.
- Provide product and service information
to customers.
- Research required information using
available resources.
- Research, identify, and resolve customer
complaints using applicable software.
- Process orders, forms, and application.
- Route calls to appropriate resources.
- Document all call information according
to standard operating procedures.
- Recognize, document, and alert the
management team of trends in customer calls.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Upsell products and services.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Any
other responsibility assigned by the management as per company
requirement.
Job Nature:
Full- Time
Educational Requirements:
BBA or B. Com (Hons) Major in
Marketing from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 01 year job experience.
Job Requirements:
- Age at most 30 year(s).
- Male and Female both are allowed to apply.
- Effective Communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Physically fit, Hardworking.
- Honest by heart.
- She/he must have a friendly personality to do the job.
- She/he should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- She/he must have some knowledge about Basic Computer in both Excel & Word and able to Typing both Bangla and English.
