Purple Algorithm LTD. (PAL) is operating in the distribution business from early 2017 focusing on launching and establishing brands via e-commerce channels. Eventually, brands go to cosmetics channel outlets once the demand comes from physical outlets. Examples are Beauty Formulas UK & Xpel UK brands in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibility:
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales target via the sales team.
• Create a training manual and ensure proper training to the team members to maintain the top quality of responses.
• Identify new sales techniques and train teams to adopt those sales techniques.
• Resolve customer issues at the earliest possible time.
Job Nature:
Full- Time
Educational Qualification:
Graduation from any Reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
• At least 01 year.
• The applicants should have experience in E-Commerce & Online Sales.
Additional Job Requirements:
• Age 25 to 38 years.
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of online sales experience required preferably in beauty products.
• Previous work experience on E-commerce based company will be of advantage.
• Must have very good and top-notch interpersonal skill.
Job Location:
Dhaka, Baridhara.
Salary Range:
Tk.15000- 25000/- Monthly (Negotiable).
