Purple Algorithm LTD. (PAL) is operating in the distribution business from early 2017 focusing on launching and establishing brands via e-commerce channels. Eventually, brands go to cosmetics channel outlets once the demand comes from physical outlets. Examples are Beauty Formulas UK & Xpel UK brands in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibility:
• Support the managers and other officers to lead on operational.
• Preparing & maintaining company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement.
• Manage & oversee the daily transactions of Accounts including: accounts payable and receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, financial data reconciliation activity.
• Maintain the Petty Cash.
• Preparing all the vouchers (Debit, Credit, Journal, sales, Purchase etc.).
• Ledger reconciliations and report time to time to Management.
• Ensure smooth cash disbursement/Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
• Maintain banking relationship and prepare related loan documents.
• Other administrative and supportive responsibilities relating to the department.
• Maintain relationship with government office.
Job Nature:
Full- Time
Educational Qualification:
• BBA/ Hons on Accounting/ Finance from any reputed university.
• Skills Required: Microsoft Office, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote.
Experience Requirements:
• At least 01 year.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):-
Accounting and Finance, Accounts, Finance Management, Finance/ Accounts.
Additional Job Requirements:
• Age 24 to 35 years.

Salary Range:
Tk.15000- 25000/- Monthly (Negotiable).
