Purple Algorithm LTD. (PAL) is operating in the distribution business from early 2017 focusing on launching and establishing brands via e-commerce channels. Eventually, brands go to cosmetics channel outlets once the demand comes from physical outlets. Examples are Beauty Formulas UK & Xpel UK brands in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibility:
• Select prospective problems and design products which can be the solution to the problem.
• Planning and executing the launch of the product.
• Achieve monthly KPI (Sales+ Brand Value+ Customer acquisition+ Brand asset etc. set by MGMT.).
• P& L management.
• Campaign planning and execution.
• Robust, effective and efficient reporting & analysis to make correct decisions.
• Coordinating with e-commerce platforms & influences.
• Coordinating with specialists to gain knowledge and smooth execution.

Educational Qualification:
• Graduation from Reputed University
Experience Requirements:
• At least 01 year(s).
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s)::-
Brand Manager, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Negotiation, Consumer Durable - Sales & Marketing, Cosmetics Industry.
Additional Job Requirements:
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Should have good understanding of planning, execution, evaluation of activities via digital media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Must have Top-notch interpersonal skills.
• Previous work experience in Consumer Product based Company and Industry is preferable.

Salary Range:
Tk.25000- 35000/- Monthly (Negotiable).
