Job Responsibility:
• Act as the point of contact between the Top management and internal/external personnel.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Handle requests and queries appropriately.
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Make travel arrangements.
• Take dictation and minutes.
• Source office supplies.
• Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
Job Nature:
Full- Time
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in English.
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 02 to 04 year(s) working experience.
Additional Job Requirements:
• Age At most 25-35 year(s).
• Only Females are allowed to apply.
• She must have good knowledge in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
• She must have a friendly personality to do the job.
• She should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer Knowledge in both Excel & Word, emailing and Internet browsing.
• Height minimum 5'4".
