We are looking for a Financial Analyst (Financial Planning and Analysis) who has proven experience in developing project profiles, financial data analysis, budget foresting, roll calculation, etc. Reporting to our CEO, the Financial Analyst is responsible for the FP&A function that will drive the company’s business performance by providing high-quality decision support to the executive team. Accounting typically looks backward. This Financial Analyst - FP&A must look forward, sideways, diagonally, upward, downward, and multi-dimensionally. Educational Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance,Economics or related field from any recognized University.
• MBA (More Preferred Qualification).
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 4+ year(s)working experience in Finance related field.

• Advanced user of SQL and Excel.
• Financial model builder/creator – doer (build from ground up).
o Scenarios – how do different levers interact within the model.
o Assumptions – excellent with documentation.
o Multiple dependent variables.

• Financial forecasting/planning.
• P&L reporting.
• Sensitivity Analysis.
• Cash Flow Analysis.
• Curiosity in all aspects of business and processes.
• Building reporting packages managing both financial and non-financial metrics.

• Flexible, quick and adaptive.
• Business acumen (not just a numbers cruncher) with an understanding of accounting, finance theory, data sources and definitions, modeling, creative problem solving and the economics of the business.
• Ability to prepare reports and/or make presentations.
