Job Responsibilities
• Organize meetings of Board of Directors, other committees of the association and Annual General Meeting;
• Communicating with the Board of Directors and others;
• To assists CEO for overall management and to ensure compliance in line with govt Guidelines and other relevant rules;
• Prepare and publication Annual Report within the prescribed time limit;
• Well conversant with relevant laws as well as other important issues of textiles;
• Performing any other job assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements
• M.Com/MBA in any discipline from a reputed public/private university with good academic record and partly qualified of CS (Part qualified of Chartered Secretary will get preference).
Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
• At least 5 years' secretarial experience out of which 1 year as a company secretary in any Textile is preferable.
• Must be smart, energetic and to work under pressure;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Excellent communication skills, both in English & Bangla;
• Qualification may be relaxed for deserving candidate.
