Job Context:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the quality of construction and infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibility:
• Prepare project plans, estimates, BOQs, drawings, and work schedules.
• Supervise construction activities at project sites and ensure work is completed according to approved designs and specifications.
• Monitor material quality, labor productivity, safety standards, and project progress.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Prepare site reports, progress reports, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
• Identify construction-related issues and provide practical technical solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
• Maintain compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Skills & Expertise:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project-related software.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, structural works, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project activities.

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered for candidates with strong relevant experience.
Job Experience:
• Age 25 to 40 year(s).
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or related projects.
• Experience in site supervision, estimation, BOQ preparation, and project coordination will be preferred.
